About the role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to join our innovative team. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about building intuitive and impactful user experiences. In this role, you’ll turn complex problems into simple, scalable design solutions that delight users and support our growing products.

What you'll do

  • Conduct discovery and research to understand the goals and pain points of merchants, warehouse staff, dispatchers, drivers, and end customers.
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into scalable design solutions across B2B and B2C products.
  • Visualize and prototype intended solutions at various levels of fidelity, including high-level wireframes, conceptual designs, design presentations and detailed specifications.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development, operations and marketing team across the North American.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design, applying them to enhance products’usability and user experience.
  • Ensure designs are responsive and accessible, following WCAG guidelines and best practices for inclusive design.
  • Apply data-informed design approaches, incorporating user feedback, analytics, and usability testing into design decisions.
  • Contribute to and maintain the company design system, ensuring consistent components, patterns, and visual language across products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, usability best practices, and current design trends.
  • Strong grasp of design systems, usability best practices, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex design challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and applying design trends, especially in logistics, commerce, or operations tools.
