About The RoleWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Designer. You will play a critical role in shaping both the visual and structural design of complex, AI-driven software products. Your contributions will directly influence the company’s trajectory and the success of our innovative product suite.
What You'll DoLead end-to-end design efforts, including UX research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and testing.
Experiment with new AI design tools like Lovable, v0, and more to define how Product Design’s function on product teams is changing.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into elegant, intuitive solutions.
Design sophisticated software experiences tailored for enterprise and governmental environments, prioritizing usability, scalability, and aesthetics.
Help establish and evolve the design system and guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all products.
Advocate for the user, continuously seeking insights and data to iterate and refine our product experiences.
10+ years of professional experience in software product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions for complex enterprise software.
Proven experience designing visually appealing, workflow-oriented products that significantly improve user productivity.
Exceptional skills in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Rive, Framer).
Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and accessibility standards.
Experience working collaboratively in fast-paced, agile, and multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
Prior experience in AI-driven or data-intensive software solutions is a significant plus.
