About the Opportunity 

Synthesis Health is looking for a product analyst to work closely with our cross-functional teams, including development, QA, support, and implementation, to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives. This position is anticipated to start in September of this year.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assists the Product Manager in gathering and analyzing product requirements for software development. 
  • Works with developers and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve roadblocks. 
  • Supports the implementation team by providing product knowledge and technical assistance. 
  • Creates and maintains internal and external documentation, including user guides, release notes, and FAQs. 
  • Assists in developing training materials for internal teams and end-users. 
  • Conducts product training sessions for implementation, support, and sales teams. 
  • Collaborates with QA teams to review test plans, validate feature functionality, and provide feedback. 
  • Identifies gaps in product functionality based on testing and user feedback. 
  • Works with the support team to analyze reported issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions. 
  • Maintains a knowledge base of common issues and best practices for troubleshooting. 
  • Conducts market analysis to identify trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs. 
  • Gathers user feedback to refine product features and usability. 

 

About the Right Candidate 

You can work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.  

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, product management, strategy, or other related field. 
  • One year of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or QA in a healthcare or medical imaging environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with medical device software development in a regulated industry. 
  • Understanding of DICOM, PACS, and medical imaging workflows. 
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other product management tools.

Compensation and Benefits 

Compensation is paid in the currency of the country where the individual is hired. Synthesis participates in location-based compensation plans and package will be adjusted to align with company hired. For this position, the salary range is $55,000 - $75,000 CAD.   

Other benefits include but not limited to: Medical, Dental, Vision, “Use as needed” vacation policy, and participation in our employee option program.
