We are currently seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our Marketing Team in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto. This role is also available to candidates across Canada, excluding Quebec.

What your team does:

The Monetization team leads Clio’s pricing and packaging strategy across all regions, including initiatives for new and existing customer segments, products, plans, bundles and cross-portfolio upgrades. This is a highly strategic team contributing to Clio’s success in a highly cross functional role working across nearly all functions at Clio.

You are detailed, analytical, and have an understanding of customer behaviour that synthesizes putting the data together that creates meaningful insights to assess and develop monetization opportunities.

What you’ll work on:

  • Developing an analytical framework that derives and assesses pricing impacts across the product portfolio by incorporating data, research and insights

  • Supporting actionable pricing recommendations, including building and enabling them across functional business teams

  • Creating dashboards and automated reporting to measure key pricing metrics across the product portfolio, increasing understanding of performance and areas of concern

  • Assisting with bundle pricing analysis that fosters new and existing customer adoption to multiple products, and simplifying Clio’s plan and package structure 

  • Supporting and assisting pricing validation research and testing, where necessary

  • Operating with an iterative mindset, focused on delivering improvements and value at high velocity

What you may have:

  • 3+ years experience with financial analysis and modeling, preferably focused on B2B SaaS products

  • 3+ years experience creating and organizing Looker dashboards and queries, or with similar data aggregation and measurement applications

  • 2+ years experience with pricing analysis and research across various SaaS charge models, and a basic understanding of common pricing research techniques

  • 2+ years GTM execution experience, building projects and working to drive consensus with peers

  • Effective communication skills: delivering clear status updates, business insights, and recommendations in written, presentation, and spoken form

Serious bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in crafting structured business documentation that summarizes problem definitions, research findings, insights, and recommendations for broad consumption

  • An understanding of market research and experience with pricing survey design and analysis

The full salary range* for this role is $77,500 to $91,200 to $104,900 CAD.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
