Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology, empowering legal professionals and law firms of every size to work smarter, faster, and more securely.

We are transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice.

Summary:

We are currently seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our Marketing Team in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto

What your team does:

The Monetization team leads Clio’s AI-first pricing and packaging strategy and execution across all regions, including initiatives for new and existing customer segments, products, plans, bundles and cross-portfolio upgrades. This is a highly strategic team contributing to Clio’s success in a highly cross functional role working across nearly all functions at Clio.

Who you are:

You're analytical and curious about customer behaviour, comfortable working through large volumes of data to find the story in the numbers. You like turning ad hoc, manual processes into something repeatable, and you enjoy building partnerships across the business. You're also detail-oriented, organized, and self-managing, with a habit of verifying your own work. You build in checks, flag what looks off, and hold a high bar for accuracy.

What you’ll work on:

As a Pricing Analyst, you'll own the execution and measurement of pricing changes, from account migrations in our billing systems and Salesforce to the modeling, reporting, and testing that tell us whether a change worked.

  • Own recurring price-based account migrations end to end, from cohort segmentation and batch processing through QA and post-migration validation, and build the formula-driven templates that make them repeatable and auditable at scale
  • Support the models that price new releases and size the impact of changes on existing customers, and help package the findings into recommendations
  • Partner with Data & Insights to build the dashboards and automated reporting that track realized vs. list price, discount depth, and ARPA by cohort, so the team catches problems early
  • Work across Billing Ops, Sales Ops, CS Ops, and Enablement to automate the manual steps in pricing execution and equip Sales and CS when prices change
  • Help design and run in-market price tests to validate willingness to pay before changes roll out broadly
  • Use AI tooling to compress the analysis and execution cycle, from generating and QA'ing migration cohorts to automating the handoff into Salesforce and building intuitive internal pricing calculators and price sheets
What you may have:
  • 2+ years in financial or business analysis and modeling, preferably for B2B SaaS, including heavy spreadsheet work with nested logic and QA across large datasets
  • Hands-on experience in a subscription billing system (Zuora, Stripe, Chargebee, or similar) and a CRM like Salesforce, including bulk updates and data validation across large account sets
  • 2+ years building dashboards and queries in Looker, Tableau, or similar
  • Experience with pricing analysis across SaaS charge models, such as subscription, usage-based, tiered, and per-seat
  • Experience running cross-functional projects in Asana or similar, coordinating with ops and GTM teams to keep work moving
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear status updates, business insights, and recommendations in written, presentation, and spoken form
  • Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to support analysis, workflows, and day-to-day productivity
Serious bonus points if you have:
  • Experience with Workato or similar integration and task-automation tools
  • Prior experience executing pricing or plan migrations at scale

This role is a backfill for an existing position.
