Blossom operates at meaningful scale, managing multi-million-dollar annual paid media spend across mobile-first acquisition channels. Paid acquisition is a core growth lever and is being built fully in-house.
The RoleBlossom is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Acquisition) to execute, optimize, and scale mobile app user acquisition campaigns across multiple paid channels.
This is a hands-on execution role working closely with a senior growth lead who owns strategy and budget allocation. The focus is on strong execution, creative testing, and performance optimization.
What You’ll Do- Execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across:
- Meta Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Google Ads (UAC, Search, YouTube)
- Additional channels as needed (e.g. Reddit, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads)
- Support app growth funnels from install through activation and early retention
- Manage daily pacing, bids, placements, and campaign hygiene within defined budgets
- Launch and iterate on creative tests across hooks, formats, and messaging
- Collaborate with creative and social teams to rotate assets and identify winners
- Monitor performance daily and proactively flag anomalies or tracking issues
- Contribute to weekly performance reporting and insights
- Ensure clean tracking, attribution integrity, and platform health
- Document tests, learnings, and outcomes clearly
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Proven experience with mobile app user acquisition
- Strong experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads (UAC or equivalent)
- Experience executing against $3–5M+ in annual paid media spend
- Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with a creative-first mindset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Fintech or subscription app experience
- Experience with UGC or influencer-driven creative pipelines
- Interest in investing or personal finance
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Work on a product used by a highly engaged investor community
- Hands-on exposure to meaningful paid media spend
- Small, focused team with clear ownership and low bureaucracy
- Opportunity to deepen expertise in creative-led mobile app acquisition

- Preference for candidates based in Toronto or Vancouver
- $75,000 – $100,000 CAD, depending on experience
