THE TEAM

The mission of the Labour & Workforce Planning Department is to plan and schedule labour to match business needs with optimal talent while controlling labour wastage to support an incredible employee and client experience.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Labour & Workforce Planning team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for planning and scheduling talent to match business needs and to support an incredible employee and client experience. As the Senior Manager/Manager, Workforce Planning, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing employee schedules for Stores to support the success and growth of our Retail business while minimizing labour wastage.  And, with the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless – from a rewarding career in Workforce Planning to continued growth and development with Aritzia.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager / Manager, Workforce Planning, you will lead the team to:

  • Optimize labour spending and productivity
  • Gather, analyze, process, and optimize scheduling inputs
  • Build and publish optimized schedules
  • Support the Business with live week schedule changes
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager / Manager, Workforce Planning has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in workforce planning
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
