THE TEAM

The mission of the People & Culture Enablement Department is to define and drive the roadmap for the P&C strategy to fuel business success, while propelling seamless execution of divisional operations.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our People & Culture Enablement team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to join a team that shapes how People & Culture operates—setting the standards, strengthening execution, and embedding operational excellence across a complex, high-growth business. As the Senior Analyst / Analyst, People & Culture Enablement, you will support the delivery of the P&C vision and roadmap by coordinating work across the division, contributing to the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resourcing of initiatives. You will contribute to the execution of division‑wide P&C initiatives, help translate insights into actionable recommendations, and support the development of clear, relevant communications. This role offers strong exposure to business growth, hands‑on learning, and meaningful development opportunities, building a foundation for continued career progression as Aritzia grows.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Analyst / Analyst, People & Culture Enablement, you will support to:

  • Identify, prioritize, and resource work across the division as well as track and manage progress.
  • Help ensure division‑scale People & Culture programs are delivered consistently and to a high standard across all workplaces by supporting implementation and follow‑through.
  • Projectsupport and coordinate divisionwide and corporateimpact P&C initiatives, contributing to disciplined execution from planning through implementation.
  • Analyze People & Culture performance against strategic objectives and key results, supporting the translation of insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver clear, business‑relevant communications, supporting divisional understanding of priorities, progress, and outcomes.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Analyst / Analyst, People & Culture Enablement has:

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications to perform in the role, including:
    • Experience in a similar Human Resources / People & Culture operational role
    • Experience with Project Management
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $50,000 - $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
