We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time temporary Partnerships Specialist, More Rewards to join our Marketing team in Langley, BC.
 

This temporary position is expected to last 12 months.
 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, More Rewards Loyalty, you will drive the development and management of loyalty strategies and programs for More Rewards and its partners, to increase points earning and redemption opportunities. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with both internal and external partners, regularly meeting with stakeholders to review and document project progress.

  • Creating, developing and managing loyalty strategies and implementation.

  • Understanding loyalty industry trends.

  • Reporting of monthly partner KPIs. 

  • Connecting consumer insights, data analytics, and industry data to deliver deeper opportunities and drive measurable impact.

  • Becoming a partnership knowledge champion to deliver insight to the broader Loyalty team.
     

You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in account management and/or project or change management.

  • Experience managing stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft desktop applications. 

  • A solid understanding of customer loyalty and marketing is an asset.

  • Business-minded and results-driven. 

  • Organized and able to multitask with strong time management skills.

  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation Details:

$65,120.00 - $81,400.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
