  6. We Expect High Performance - we set a high standard and we’re not satisfied with being average

This role

As our Partner Marketing Lead, you’ll be working with Humi’s VP Marketing and will be instrumental in shaping our Canadian partner model to reach its fullest potential.

Your key focus areas will be:

  1. Leveraging marketing to build our base of local, Canadian partners (including referral partners and technology partners).
  2. Collaborating with our Partner Sales team to grow our pipeline of partner referrals.
  3. Building and nurturing our partner community, creating a highly engaged network of trusted Humi partners.

This will include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy in collaboration with the Partnerships Team, aimed at achieving their objectives, including new partner acquisition and generating partner-qualified leads.
  • Delivering impactful GTM materials such as live and digital events, tradeshows (both owned and third-party), digital content (e.g., blogs, guides, webinars), joint marketing assets, case studies, and tailored onboarding experiences.
  • Crafting tailored marketing strategies for different partner verticals by understanding our ideal partner profile, refining messaging, and identifying strategies that drive growth and deliver on key objectives.
  • Designing and executing co-branded campaigns with partners to drive awareness, leads, and revenue.
  • Managing and nurturing the CA partner community through our digital partner community platform, fostering engagement and collaboration.
  • Providing tools, resources, and training to ensure partners effectively promote the company’s products.
  • Empowering partners with resources and assets to effectively communicate the value of Humi and Employment Hero to their prospects, enabling their success.
  • Supporting partner onboarding processes with tailored marketing materials and kick-off campaigns.
  • Championing the voice of the partners within the marketing team to ensure alignment across the organisation, maximising impact and fostering a partner-first approach.
  • Reporting on partner marketing performance, showcasing key wins, insights, and measurable business impact.
  • Focusing on high-impact, strategic initiatives by rigorously prioritising activities that will drive the fastest growth and most significant outcomes for the Partner Program, while maintaining budget efficiency.

Who you are

To thrive at Humi, you’ll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you’ll also bring:

  • 8+ years of relevant partner marketing experience, ideally within a fast-paced, B2B industry (experience working in tech, SaaS, and startups would be a big plus).
  • Proven experience growing a partner channel through marketing activities (paid social & search, brand building, events, co-marketing, community building, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools and CRM management platforms, especially Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Experience running events like large conference and tradeshow booths, roundtables, webinars, etc.
  • A highly analytical and metrics-orientated approach to marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Data-driven thinking, and proficient in reporting campaign effectiveness.

What we can offer

At Humi, we don’t just talk about a better way to work - we live it. Joining Humi means:

  • You will work remotely, with the flexibility to own your time and impact.
  • You will access cutting-edge tools to amplify your work, knowledge and outputs.
  • You’ll surround yourself with ambitious, outcome-driven colleagues who challenge you to do the best work of your life.
  • You’ll own ESOP (employee share options) in one of the world’s fastest-growing tech companies.
  • You’ll also have access to a wide range of benefits that include: a very generous paternity leave policy, subsidised egg freezing (so you can make the choice that’s right for you, on your terms), a WFH office expense budget, and outstanding learning & development opportunities.

Humi is now officially part of the Employment Hero team. Employment Hero is committed to safeguarding the privacy of your application data. To understand how we do so, you can read our Applicant Privacy Policy here:
