It all started with an idea at Block in 2013. Initially built to take the pain out of peer-to-peer payments, Cash App has gone from a simple product with a single purpose to a dynamic ecosystem, developing unique financial products, including Afterpay/Clearpay, to provide a better way to send, spend, invest, borrow and save to our 50+ million monthly active customers. We want to redefine the world's relationship with money to make it more relatable, instantly available, and universally accessible.
Today, Cash App has thousands of employees working globally across office and remote locations, with a culture geared toward innovation, collaboration and impact. We've been a distributed team since day one, and many of our roles can be done remotely from the countries where Cash App operates. No matter the location, we tailor our experience to ensure our employees are creative, productive, and happy.

- Partner with data analysts and media buyers to interpret creative performance metrics and iterate on winning concepts.
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process for growth marketing campaigns, from concept to execution.
- Work closely with Growth Marketing to develop a testing roadmap for creative across paid and CRM channels, incorporating A/B testing and iterative design.
- Leverage real-time performance data to adjust creative strategies and improve efficiency in user acquisition, engagement, and retention while still prioritizing brand and product storytelling.
- Collaborate with media partners to ensure that creative aligns with audience segmentation strategies.
- Work closely with Growth Marketing, Lifecycle, and Web teams to align creative strategies with business goals.
- Partner with product marketing and brand creative to ensure cohesive messaging across performance and brand efforts.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and in-house teams to produce high-impact, scalable creative assets.
- Champion a culture of experimentation and curiosity within the creative team, fostering an environment where innovative ideas thrive.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, ad formats, and best practices across social, web, and CRM.
- Mentor a team of designers, copywriters, art directors, while fostering an environment that balances creative excellence with data-driven decision-making.
You Have
- 10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong focus on performance marketing and growth-focused creative.
- Deep expertise in paid social (Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), CRM (email, push, in-app), and web-based creative.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing digital ad creative, email campaigns, landing pages, and growth-focused design.
- Have a Data-Driven Creative approach.

- A doer as much as a leader, comfortable both conceptualizing and executing creative work.
- Ability to balance high-production value with quick-turn, test-and-learn creative iterations.
- Track record of managing creative teams and agency partners to deliver best-in-class work.
- Strong understanding of how to help brands stand out in a crowded landscape.
- Passion for understanding audience behavior and tailoring creative strategies to different customer segments.
- Ability to produce work that moves at the speed of culture, seamlessly integrating Cash App into digital and social conversations.
