This position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week.

Role Overview: The Partner Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with Cisco reseller partners across Canada. This role focuses on driving Cisco product, software, and services adoption while enabling partners to maximize profitability and customer success. The PAM will act as the primary business interface between Cisco, Ingram Micro, and assigned partners, aligning joint business plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned Cisco partners, building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to accelerate Cisco sales growth.
  • Drive Cisco product, software, and recurring revenue adoption across assigned partners.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and market share targets in collaboration with Cisco.
  • Educate partners on Cisco’s portfolio, promotions, and partner programs (including Lifecycle Advantage and Partner Incentives).
  • Support partners in building Cisco practice capabilities in security, collaboration, networking, and cloud.
  • Forecast sales accurately and manage pipeline through CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with Cisco channel managers and Ingram Micro teams (technical, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless partner experience.
  • Drive adoption of Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) practices to help partners deliver value to end customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of channel sales, distribution, or vendor account management experience
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of Cisco’s go-to-market strategy, portfolio, and partner programs is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Brings a hunter mentality while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (MS Dynamics experience a plus).
