Employees within a 90-minute radius of our Oak Brook, IL headquarters are required to adhere to the company in-office work guidelines of 4 days per month minimum from 10 am to 2 pm (1 of the 4 days must be a Monday or Friday).
This requirement does not apply to support specialist positions.

Skills & Abilities: • Documenting/Recording Information: Proficiency in documenting and recording client interactions that either happen on the phone or email, ensuring accurate recordkeeping by entering the information into our client relationship management system (CRM).• Performing Administrative Activities: Perform administrative functions or clerical duties such as typing, processing orders, or sorting incoming/outgoing mail, to ensure seamless daily operational functions.• Getting Information: Research client inquiries and gather information promptly by asking probing questions either verbally or written then researching to provide answers and solutions to our clients. • Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work: Articulate guidelines and regulations to clients via phone or email, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the implications for their accounts.• Interpreting the Meaning of Information for Others: Translate rules and regulations to clients on the phone or email to ensure full understanding. • Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates: Communicate effectively with all team members through in-person interactions and using platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Outlook, ensuring consistent clarity and fostering positive communication.
Preferred Skills: • Evaluating Information to Determine Compliance with Standards: Review financial documents and transaction requests to ensure compliance standards are met.
