Salesforce seeks a strategic and impact-driven Renewal Operations Manager to lead the optimization of renewal processes. This manager-level position is instrumental in identifying process bottlenecks, gaps, and redundant manual steps, proactively determining and orchestrating the implementation and ongoing governance of solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, then develop and implement solutions to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and enhance overall performance.
Process Determination and Execution: Help determine process needs and facilitate the execution of solutions to streamline workflows and enhance operational performance.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential operational risks, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions, especially in anticipation of transformational changes.
Issue Resolution: Assist in troubleshooting operational issues as they surface, proposing systemic and process changes to address root causes.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to derive insights into performance, trends, and areas for improvement. Develop and present actionable reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making within the Operations Team.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, identifying bottlenecks and streamlining the renewal process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives and ensure seamless integration of sales operations initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Renewals/Sales Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing and improving processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated capacity to structure complex problems, synthesize information, and develop actionable solutions and recommendations, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
Analytical Tool Proficiency: SQL and spreadsheet proficiency is required, Python and Tableau experience is a strong plus
Deep expertise in CRM platforms and renewal processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with senior management
Growth Mindset: A strong sense of openness, curiosity, and a willingness to approach tasks and situations without preconceived notions or fixed perspectives.
Autonomy and drive: Self-motivated with a highly collaborative style, strong influencing skills, and aim to work in a constantly evolving growth environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the skills you'll use every day for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
