Position Overview:
The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating administrative functions within an organization. This person will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of cyber. Fund procedures, driving executional excellence across all non-investment departments, managing administrative issues, and implementing efficient approaches to support the overall functioning of the organization.
The ideal candidate combines a sharp strategic mind with operational empathy and relentless bias for action. You're a builder, optimizer, and connector, comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate a complex cross-functional landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Administrative Department daily workflow (board work, interaction with 3rd
party Vendors, participation in department calls and etc.);Develop and implement administrative systems, memos, and procedures;
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations;
Translate leadership priorities into OKRS, dashboards, and workflows across departments;
Audit and re-engineer key operational workflows;
Develop TechStack and processes automation;
Conduct regular assessments of administrative processes and suggest improvements;
Support Doc-Flow process (sorting, organizing, registering, maintaining);
Coordinate across departments to ensure streamlined execution and aligned priorities;
Support preparation and management of the Ops budget;
Support and assist with company's events and meetings (brand support, procurement: merch, corporate gifts etc.);
Support and assist with Employee Business Travel & VISA issuance;
Create presentations and/or illustrative materials for corporate meetings. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned;
4+ years of relevant proven experience as Operations / Administrative Manager, Back Office or a similar role;
Ability to work with routine Administrative tasks: Archive, Documents Registers/Business travel/Events etc.;
Hands-on experience with ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
High level of discretion and confidentiality;
Capability to organize work tasks, Identify blockers, friction points, and opportunities to automate
Champion documentation culture with preferable experience in Jira, Asana, Miro and Notion;
