To join our team as an Operations Analyst. Operations Support staff play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of projects by adhering to regional, practice, and operational guidelines.
These roles often span multiple areas, including data management, metrics and reporting, team coordination, and process improvement. The scope of responsibility can vary—from supporting specific projects, programs, or processes to contributing at a broader level across entire functions such as practices or business development, and even company-wide initiatives. While primarily an internal-facing role, there may be occasional direct interaction with clients or customers.
The successful candidate will be in our Port Coquitlam office a minimum of 2 days per week.

Exciting candidates will have…

3-6 years of experience in an Analyst role.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or Administration.

Proficient in Power BI for creating reports and dashboards is an asset.

Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and Power Pivot, for data cleaning and analysis.

Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook.

Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and clear communication.

Proactive, quick-thinking, and adaptable with the ability to shift seamlessly between tasks.
