About our Team 

The Diligent Commercial Strategy & Operations team sits at the heart of the company’s growth engine, driving revenue acceleration and operational excellence across our global Sales, Customer Success, Partner, and Marketing organizations. As the architects of Diligent's Go-To-Market strategy, we collaborate with executive leadership to shape data-driven initiatives, streamline processes, and optimize our GTM tech stack. Our team leads critical functions, including Sales and CS Operations, Commissions, the GTM Tech stack and global process implementation—ensuring alignment and efficiency at every level of the commercial organization. About the Role 

We are seeking a Senior Sales Development Operations Analyst to support our global SDR and BDR teams. This role reports to the Director of Sales Strategy & Operations and will be instrumental in optimizing the performance and productivity of our inbound and outbound sales development efforts. The ideal candidate is highly technical, analytical, and process-driven, with foundational knowledge in managing sales operations and leveraging sales technology tools. This individual will act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Sales Development tech stack, ensuring seamless integration, efficient workflows, and actionable insights that drive growth. 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage day-to-day operations for the SDR and BDR teams, ensuring processes are streamlined and efficient. 
  • Act as the subject matter expert for key sales development tools including ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales productivity platforms. 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership. 
  • Partner with Sales Strategy and GTM teams to support planning, territory management, and resource allocation. 
  • Implement and optimize workflows and automations to improve SDR/BDR productivity. 
  • Conduct regular audits of data integrity across systems and ensure compliance with data management best practices. 
  • Provide training and support to SDR and BDR teams on the effective use of sales tools and platforms. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, IT) to ensure alignment on outreach strategies and technology integration. 
  • Identify gaps in current processes and tools, proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Support forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis for outbound sales initiatives. 

Qualifications 

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Sales Development Operations, or similar role supporting SDR/BDR teams. 
  • Proficiency in sales technology tools including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales productivity platforms. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. 
  • Experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other BI tools. 
  • Technical aptitude to manage and optimize integrations between sales tools. 
  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders. 
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. 

Pay Range

$80,000$100,000 CAD
