The role / impact

As the New Product Commercialisation Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, ensuring they deliver maximum value to our customers. You will act as a strategic orchestrator, aligning teams and executives around data-backed commercial plans to supercharge the growth of small businesses globally.

This hands-on role blends high-level strategy with programme leadership, allowing you to identify growth opportunities and prioritise initiatives that directly contribute to Xero’s strategic priorities. By managing the end-to-end customer journey for new offerings, you will help build a stronger economy and empower a community of small businesses to reach their limitless potential.

The team / how they connect

The New Product Commercialisation team operates as a cross-functional accelerator, bridging the gap between product development and market success. You will work as a threaded leader, fostering deep collaboration between Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless planning and execution across different regions.

The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on

  • Orchestrating the go-to-market strategy and commercial roadmap for upcoming product launches.

  • Defining key operational metrics and performance targets to track success across the customer lifecycle.

  • Leading cross-functional working groups to address blockers and manage project dependencies.

  • Designing and mapping the ideal customer journey to optimise awareness and conversion at every touchpoint.
