Media and Communications Specialist

Intiveo is growing fast and we’re looking for a Media and Communications Specialist who’s ready to hit the ground running and make an impact as part of our Marketing team! No two days will look the same, but you’ll spend your time producing our growing podcast, creating stories and sourcing commentary to support our content engine, and helping us spread the word when we have exciting announcements to share with the world. You’ll become a trusted partner in maintaining Intiveo’s brand, and have the opportunity to grow, learn and have a lot of fun alongside a team of passionate professionals.

Who Are We
Intiveo is a leading cloud-based patient engagement platform used by 15,000 practitioners to communicate with over 18 million patients. Our goal is to continuously improve patient care by understanding communication needs, behaviors, and preferences – resulting in successful treatment outcomes.

✨What You'll Do

  • Produce Intiveo’s podcast, The Patient Experience Blueprint. This includes coordinating with our CEO who is the host, booking guests, creating question lines and working with our designer to edit the podcast (bonus points if you have editing chops yourself!)
  • Coordinate other executive media opportunities as needed
  • Proactively seek out media and influencer opportunities for Intiveo
  • Help create and maintain a social media content calendar
  • Write and promote customer-centric content, like case studies
  • Manage the collection and distribution of customer testimonials
  • Source commentary and collaborators for content
  • Monitor and report on Intiveo’s PR activity
  • Draft and submit news releases to relevant PR wires

    ✨Who You Are

    • 3+ years of professional experience in communications, journalism, PR, or a related field
    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
    • Experience producing and/or editing podcasts
    • Passion and understanding of storytelling and its impact on a business
    • Experience creating, maintaining and executing a social media content calendar
    • A data-driven mindset and great organizational skills
    • Ability to assess complex problems, and sound judgment to make informed decisions
    • Strong collaborator who thrives on feedback
    • A creative thinker who enjoys taking on new challenges
    • Effective at prioritizing and managing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
    • Dedicated to continuous development
