THE TEAM

The mission of the Marketing Integration Department is to unify and operationalize Marketing by connecting teams, aligning strategy to execution, and driving clarity across priorities, process, and projects.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Marketing Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for driving the effective performance of our rapidly growing Marketing business by upholding and continually improving the standards of operational excellence. As the Senior Analyst/Analyst, Marketing Integration, you will support with the execution of Marketing lifecycle processes, ensuring deliverables are executed in the right way and at the right time. THE ROLE

As the Senior Analyst/Analyst, Marketing Integration, you will:

  • Facilitate the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resources across the division, driven by a compelling and considered strategy
  • Ensure our lifecycles are executed from beginning to end by providing consistency, structure, and timing
  • Support net new initiatives and ensure infrastructure and workflows are in place for seamless integration into the Marketing Department
  • Ensure tools and resources support Marketing business needs
  • Ensure the seamless integration of Marketing and its Cross-Functional partners

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Analyst/Analyst, Marketing Integration, has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Marketing Integration
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
