- Build targeted, segment-specific campaigns to generate high-intent leads and increase sales productivity.
- Ensure programs consistently align with sales priorities, market dynamics, and Canada’s pipeline needs.
- Partner with Sales on pre- and post-event plays, SDR follow-up, and performance tracking.
- Track program performance using KPIs across leads, SQOs, pipeline, ACV, and influenced metrics.
- Provide insights and clear readouts during weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Continuously optimize programs based on data, feedback, and regional market signals.
- Oversee regional marketing budgets to ensure efficient, impact-driven spending.
- Manage external vendors for events, creative, and production.
- Collaborate with key partners to develop joint programs that expand reach and pipeline creation.
- 4+ years of B2B field, regional, or demand generation marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Proven track record of building and executing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, GTM motions, regional dynamics across Canada, and how to partner effectively with Sales leadership.
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Tableau, Asana, and other modern marketing and AI-powered tools.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Events, and Partner Marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, report on performance, and optimize programs based on insights.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in French is a plus, particularly for supporting customers and prospects in Quebec.
- Ability to travel within Canada (up to 30%) and occasionally to the US.
- Location: Toronto with an in-office expectation of 3 days per week.
