What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of marketing performance and AI-driven intelligence — designing dashboards that don’t just visualize data, but interpret it. You’ll pair Tableau mastery with AI automation to build agentic reporting tools that automatically surface insights, detect anomalies, and generate real-time recommendations for the marketing and executive teams.

This is not traditional BI. It’s next-generation agentic analytics — where your dashboards talk back, learn from context, and tell us what matters most.

Agentic Reporting & Automation
  • Design and implement AI-assisted Tableau dashboards that autonomously identify trends, performance shifts, and key marketing KPIs.
  • Integrate LLM-powered agents (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, or internal copilots) to generate natural language narratives and contextual recommendations directly within reports.
  • Create event-driven reporting systems that adapt in real time to campaign and pipeline changes — automatically refreshing or alerting based on triggers.

Marketing Data Visualization & Modeling

  • Develop visually compelling and technically robust Tableau dashboards for Marketing, Revenue, and Executive teams.
  • Model and prepare data across diverse sources — including HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Snowflake, and ad platform APIs.
  • Ensure scalability and performance in high-volume, cross-channel marketing environments.

Analytics Strategy & Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing Operations, Growth, and Demand Gen teams to define KPIs, performance frameworks, and reporting hierarchies.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to integrate AI analytics infrastructure.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-driven, agentic insights across the marketing organization to enable faster, smarter decisions.

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization, with deep Tableau expertise.
  • Tableau Desktop, Server, and Prep (expert-level proficiency).
  • SQL and data modeling for marketing analytics.
  • Experience with Snowflake, or cloud-native data architectures.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or JavaScript for dashboard extensions or AI integration.
  • Understanding of AI/LLM automation, agentic systems, and autonomous analytics.
  • Strategic thinker with strong storytelling ability and marketing acumen.
  • Excellent communication — able to simplify complexity and inspire action.
  • Proactive, innovative, and comfortable operating in an AI-first, high-growth environment.

Preferred:

  • Developing AI-powered dashboards that automatically narrate insights or detect performance anomalies.
  • Experience embedding AI copilots or autonomous agents into BI systems.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models, funnel analytics, and pipeline forecasting.
