The Accounting team owns the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of our financial reporting foundation. We partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our accounting systems, close processes, and controls can support CoreWeave’s rapid growth and global expansion.
About the RoleIn this role, you will lead the global financial close process and own critical components of the General Ledger. You’ll work across Accounting, Finance, Treasury, and Operations to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting while continually improving close efficiency. You will also drive automation initiatives, support technical accounting, and build a strong control environment as the company scales. This is a highly visible role that influences CoreWeave’s financial infrastructure and strategic decision-making.
Who You AreBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification (or in progress) preferred
7+ years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a Big 4 public accounting firm
Experience leading month-end close at a mid-to-large public company
Strong industry accounting background with deep understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
Proven experience preparing SOX-compliant documentation and executing internal controls
Demonstrated expertise in complex balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany accounting
Experience managing global consolidations and multi-entity eliminations
Familiarity with advanced expense allocations and transfer pricing concepts
Strong analytical skills with experience performing variance and flux analysis
Experience with systems-driven workflows and operational accounting automation
Proficiency in NetSuite and FloQast (or comparable close management tools)
Experience implementing accounting automations, AI/ML tools, or large-scale system enhancements
Prior involvement in M&A integration or accounting for large-scale transactions
Experience developing management reporting packages or dashboards

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
