Your Opportunity at Arc’teryx:

As the Manager, Wholesale Sales – Veilance, you own and enable the regional wholesale revenue growth for the North American region (NAM), and you support with global initiatives like Walk Gently. You understand seasonality, drive account acquisition, retention, and operational excellence through intentional market expansion, strategic partner selection, and consistent execution. You act as a connector between Veilance’s brand vision and marketplace execution, aligning guest journey, operational standards and commercial priorities across the region. Success in this role looks like delivering on commercial targets, strengthening partner relationships, and elevating Veilance’s presence across account portfolios.

The Global Marketplace team builds global sales and distribution strategies, grows accounts, and drives sustainable business expansion.

If you were the Wholesale Sales Manager for Veilance now, here are some of the core activities you could be doing:

1) Sales Leadership & Account Management – 40%

  • Leading regional revenue growth with clear alignment to Veilance’s strategic priorities and long‑term vision, ensuring North America delivers against commercial targets
  • Driving intentional account acquisition by identifying partners that elevate brand presence, expand market reach, and support high‑quality guest experiences
  • Strengthening account retention through a structured, repeatable growth methodology to drive incremental improvements, season over season, across key partners
  • Managing ongoing partner performance, proactively surfacing risks, opportunities, and required interventions
  • Partnering closely with the Brand Marketing  and Wholesale teams to define and execute the right trade‑marketing presence, ensuring calculated investment for strong ROI, the brand shows up with consistency, clarity, and elevated standards across all wholesale environments

2) Operational Excellent & Guest Experience – 30%

  • Leading NAM wholesale operational execution; ensuring consistent, premium delivery of Veilance commercial standards
  • Overseeing seasonal order management, partnering with internal teams and accounts to ensure accurate orders, alignment to buy strategies, and optimized inventory flow 
  • Driving data‑informed operations by tracking commercial KPIs, sell‑through, inventory health, and partner performance against targets
  • Tracking and analyzing sales, inventory, and partner performance
  • Coordinating tools, processes, and reporting to enable efficient execution and seamless wholesale experiences
  • Supporting product knowledge training, trade marketing, and event activations to elevate account experience
  • Ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency across all wholesale touchpoints; surfacing risks and opportunities for improvement

3) Commercial Partnerships & Collaboration – 15% 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with national accounts, specialty retailers, and rep agencies
  • Integrating regional insights and partner feedback to inform commercial decisions and action plans
  • Supporting global initiatives with Walk Gently & System A; collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on wholesale requirements
  • Coordinating with Allocations, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to optimize assortment, inventory and brand presence

4) Business Development & Marketplace Growth – 15%

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding Veilance’s reach in North America
  • Leveraging market and competitor trends to inform sales strategy and capitalize on momentum
  • Contributing to the development of multi-year account planning and marketplace expansion
  • Supporting the evolution of commercial strategies and retail formats in partnership with specialty retailers
  • Travelling quarterly as required

  • Developing long-term roadmap for marketplace growth, inclusive of budget and resource planning
  • Supporting global alignment and integration of Veilance wholesale requirements (Walk Gently & System A)
  • Taking on broader commercial leadership as Veilance scales in North America and globally
     

Are you our next Wholesale Commercial & Partnership Manager, Veilance?

  • You have 5+ years’ experience in a wholesale, commercial, sales, or partnership-driven role 
  • You are excited to build relationships and you’re comfortable with long-term conversion
  • You are flexible, adaptive and can shift priorities quickly
  • You have proven experience managing key accounts, partnerships, or rep agencies 
  • You are able to execute commercial strategies in a global or multi-region environment 
  • You have a strong ability to build relationships, sell, influence, and negotiate 
  • You have strong presentation and communication skills 
  • You have excellent organizational skills, analytical ability, and a track record of strategic planning
  • You are optimistic about the future and what can be achieved, and listen to others’ needs  
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office
  • You have the ability to work well independently, and in a team
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
  • You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions with unwavering commitment
  • Willingness to travel as required for account meetings, events, and market visits.

Compensation

    The salary range for this role is CAD$108,000 - CAD$125,000.

Total Rewards

Most new team members join between the start and midpoint of the range, where you can contribute right away while continuing to grow your craft, your collaborations, and your impact at Arc’teryx. This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
