The NP&A team plays a pivotal role in supporting public market investments and strategies by collaborating closely with technologists, business stakeholders, and investment professionals across the Fund. This team leads the implementation and launch of new investment products.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full initiative delivery lifecycle — from intake, prioritization, and planning through to execution — while also providing leadership in talent development and performance management for your direct reports.
The ideal candidate is a strategic self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, demonstrates strong leadership, and is driven to deliver value while advancing a best-in-class operating model.
Team Description
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a highly visible and fast-moving team that sits at the heart of change and innovation within Investment Operations (IO) and across the broader organization.
The New Products & Activities Team is deeply involved in cross-functional initiatives, collaborating not only within IO but also with partners across multiple departments enterprise-wide. With broad exposure and frequent engagement with senior stakeholders, team members gain invaluable insight into the organization and build strong enterprise relationships that accelerate learning and career development.
Operating in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, the team thrives on collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement. If you're passionate about driving meaningful change, working across diverse teams, and being part of a high-performing and supportive group, this is the place to make a real impact.

- Take full ownership of project outcomes, holding team members and stakeholders accountable for delivering against commitments.
- Prioritize initiatives based on strategic impact, directing efforts toward the highest-value opportunities for the Fund.
- Monitor project risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to avoid delivery delays or scope creep.
- Provide regular, transparent communication to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams across technology, operations, and investments.
- Coach, develop, and manage performance of team members to build a high-performing, engaged, and motivated team.
- Promote an inclusive culture by modeling equitable leadership behaviors and fostering a diverse team environment.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance project management practices and tools.

- 6 + years of relevant experience.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of capital markets, including cash and derivative products, and the full trade lifecycle.

- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using project management tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
- System Proficiency: Working understanding of investment management systems, particularly SimCorp Dimensions, Murex, and Bloomberg is strongly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences across functions and seniority levels.
- Diligence & Follow-Through: Highly diligent in managing tasks, following up with stakeholders, and ensuring accountability to timelines.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to assess complex issues, identify root causes, and develop practical, effective solutions.
