We are seeking a dynamic Lead Support Engineer to head our efforts in resolving issues while maintaining and evolving the architecture for Bungalow systems for the future using the latest technologies.
What You'll Do:
- New Feature Development: engage in the design and development of efficient, reliable, and maintainable software solutions
- Issue Resolution: Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex backend issues to maintain exceptional service for both internal and external users.
- System Reliability: Implement and maintain robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure high availability and quick resolution of production issues.
- Architectural Leadership: Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of Bungalow’s systems architecture, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- AI Integrations: research, evaluate, and implement AI tools to enhance documentation, refactor codebase, improve code quality, support processes, and other opportunities.
- Automating the documentation processes for team members streamlining inefficient code. developing an AI bot for immediate engineering support and other opportunities
- Operational Partnership: Collaborate with the operations team to proactively identify and resolve recurring issues, implement monitoring solutions, ensure seamless frontend/backend integration, and develop automated remediation processes

- Multitasker: You excel in managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
