• Collaborate with internal and external research teams to produce high-quality, data-driven insights on staking and blockchain protocols.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with internal teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to ensure content aligns with Figment’s business objectives.

• Engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, asset managers, and industry associations, to gather insights and refine content.

Content Optimization and Analytics

• Track and analyze the performance of content initiatives, using insights to refine and improve strategy.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in both traditional finance and blockchain to keep content relevant and impactful.

Who you are:

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or communications, with a focus on blockchain, staking, or traditional finance.

• Proven track record of producing high-quality research reports, white papers, and thought leadership content.

• Experience managing co-sponsored content initiatives or partnerships.

Skills

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

• Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and authoritative content for non-technical audiences.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Expertise in engaging traditional finance audiences, including asset managers, regulatory lawyers, and government officials.

Knowledge

• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, staking, and crypto protocols.

• Familiarity with the regulatory and compliance landscape impacting blockchain and crypto.

  • We aim for the entire process to take around 2-3 weeks from initial screen to offer. There can be exceptions on either side of the bell curve here, but as a rule, that’s the time-frame you can expect.
