Salesforce is the central hub for both our Sales and Customer organizations. It's these teams' primary workflow tool. We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to work alongside our Salesforce Administrator/Developer. With the Salesforce Administrator, you’ll work to ensure that we capitalize on the benefits offered by Salesforce and to design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving business requirements. As a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting users in Salesforce and its’ integrated 3rd party tools. This includes troubleshooting application errors, identifying areas for improvements to optimize use, maintaining user permissions, and creating custom automations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Salesforce as the source of truth for customer and sales data.
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, and groups.
- Provide ongoing user support for Salesforce and its integrated 3rd party tools (such as Gong, Groove, Pardot).
- Maintain and update Salesforce data including importing, exporting, and mass updating data.
- Create and maintain fields, views, campaigns and other salesforce.com apps and functions.
- Create and maintain metrics reports and dashboards
- Maintain, enhance, and create automations using workflow rules, process builder and flows.
Requirements:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- 1+ years of experience working in a Salesforce environment
- Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
- Knowledge of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge Center, and Community.
- Self-learner and not afraid of working closely with team members to ensure workflows and tools support front-line team members.
