QuadReal is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join the Corporate Systems team to support our team’s suite of applications. The IT Business Analyst will help to maximize the performance of the organization through the implementation, improvement, and sustainment of leading-edge tools and processes. This includes assisting with design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Corporate IT systems. The candidate should be someone with exceptional analytical skills who thrives working in collaborative and fast-paced environments where the ability to think creatively to deliver solutions and results is essential.This role will play an important role by working closely with the business on the corporate systems product roadmap journey, platform enhancements, maintenance and support. This will include analyzing business requirements, procedures, and data to establish processes and controls. The IT Business Analyst will also be integral to improving the systems and reviewing their capabilities, workflows, and limitations, as well as maintaining the smooth ongoing operations for various teams across the organization.
IT Business Analyst – Corporate Systems

Responsibilities
- Work in close collaboration with the Team Lead, Corporate systems, and team members across Information Technology, Human Resources (HR), Communications, and the broader organization, in addition to external implementation resources, on the progression of a multi-year product roadmap for corporate systems. This includes:
- Supporting the design, buildout, and implementation of new modules.
- Managing enhancements and continuous improvement efforts for completed modules, including the prioritization of these based on the overall product roadmap
- Supporting the ongoing use of systems through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Meet with relevant stakeholders to define functional, business, and operations requirements and goals for our business partners.
- Support technology design and re-design activities through interpretation, clarification, and documentation of business requirements, processes, business rules, and downstream & upstream impacts of proposed changes.
- Investigate and analyze opportunities to help improve business efficiencies and maximize the use of QuadReal corporate system applications.
- Lead and/or assist with the creation of business cases, ROIs, and other project-related documentation, as required, with input from key business stakeholders.
- Create, execute, and document test cases/test scripts to validate system changes, and provide a framework to support end-user acceptance testing
- Coordinate, support, and help business users resolve day-to-day support issues.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience as a Functional Business Analyst with a background in real estate/Property management is an asset
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid project methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and deconstruct complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
- Experience with workflow/process design methodology is an asset.
- Knowledge of change management or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Value Chain, PDCA, etc.).
- The ideal candidate is results-oriented, agile, analytical, and collaborative.
- Detail-oriented with superior documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to allocate one's time effectively, work under pressure, and manage tight deadlines, multiple demands, projects, and competing priorities.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other modules).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Experience working with a CRM platform
- Experience working with Salesforce is preferred, though those with extensive experience with other comparable CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.) may be considered
- Experience in analysis, troubleshooting, and supporting CRM applications
- Salesforce Business Analyst credential certification is an asset
- Additional Salesforce or Business Analysis certifications (Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP, CBAP - Certified Business Analysis Professional) are a plus.
- Experience working with IT Service Management platforms is an asset
- Experience in real estate, property management, or enterprise SaaS environments is a strong advantage.
The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000.
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
