Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
  • Experience with various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
  • Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and data imports.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.

Salary range is expected to be between

$86,100.00 CAD - $136,100.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
