How you’ll make an impact:
Boomi is looking for a B2B Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline across key solution areas such as API Management, Data Management, and AI-powered automation.
In this role, you will partner closely with product marketing, content, digital, partner marketing, and field teams to launch multi-channel campaigns that speak to modern buyers—across the full funnel, from awareness to conversion.
What you’ll do:
- Lead Cross-Channel Campaign Development, Execution and Optimization: Drive integrated marketing programs across product portfolios—aligning messaging, content, and channels into cohesive, high-impact campaigns that map to Boomi’s GTM strategy
- Strategic Planning & Activation: Build campaign briefs, timelines, and activation plans that translate business priorities into targeted, end-to-end execution across digital, paid, ABM, events, email, Field and partner channels
- Performance Optimization & Analytics: Measure and optimize campaign performance across the funnel: from TOFU (top funnel) metrics e.g. Impressions, Click, Search Share of Voice, etc. to MOFU/BOFU Demand funnel KPIs e.g. MQLs, pipeline contribution, engagement rates, and influenced revenue—leveraging A/B testing and analytics for continuous improvement
- Narrative & Content Orchestration: Collaborate with product marketing and Brand and Creative and as part of the content CoE team to craft compelling narratives and assets that fuel every stage of the buyer journey
- Campaign Execution & Enablement: Ensure flawless execution across all campaign touchpoints—managing workflows, timelines, and cross-functional alignment to deliver integrated experiences at scale
- Content Strategy & Development: Work with internal stakeholders and SMEs to produce audience-centric content—from blogs to case studies to landing pages—that supports campaign goals and drives engagement
- Market Insight & Innovation: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to inform campaign strategies—constantly testing, learning, and evolving tactics to drive demand and marketing-sourced revenue
The Experience you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise tech environments.
- Proven track record of designing and executing multi-touch integrated campaigns that drive measurable demand and pipeline.
- Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey, demand funnel metrics, and full-funnel campaign design.
- Experience collaborating across matrixed teams including product marketing, digital, field, and sales
- Strong project management skills—able to manage complex campaign timelines, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), Salesforce, Google Analytics, and campaign planning tools
- A strategic mindset with a bias for action, experimentation, and optimization
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in integration, automation, data, or API technology categories
- Familiarity with ABM platforms, intent data, and customer journey orchestration
- Understanding of modern digital marketing strategies, SEO, and paid media integration

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in Vancouver, B.C., ranges between 90,000 - 115,000 CAD annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
