About the Team:
Our Insurance Services Team supports our Wealth Advisors and clients with accurate, timely, and expert insurance knowledge and administrative services. With an increased focus on insurance planning, this team is expected to grow over the coming years.
Purpose of the Role:
As an Insurance Administrator, your primary purpose is to provide exceptional administrative support to internal stakeholders, clients, and insurance carriers. You will manage physical and digital correspondence for the team, facilitate policy audits, support the administration of policy changes, and coordinate operational tasks to ensure efficient workflows. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional administrative support. You prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced, and deadline driven environment while always maintaining your professional demeanor. This role is a 5-days in office per week.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing physical and digital insurance mail and notices, ensuring timely distribution and processing.
- Prepare and process insurance policy contract mailings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage in-office insurance policy contract audits.
- Manage policy documents (printing, scanning, and organizing) to support insurance workflows
- Support the administration of in force policy changes including regular and ongoing maintenance.
- Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and collaborate on projects with members of the Private Wealth team to improve processes across teams.
- Deliver a high level of personalized, end-to-end, client service to internal and external clients.
- Answer queries in a timely and solutions-based manner.
- Coordinate operational tasks aligning to MGA responsibilities.
- Other relevant and related responsibilities, as assigned and as the needs of the organization change.

Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience in and administrative or office support role, preferably in insurance, finance, or a regulated industry.
- You are proficient with systems including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- You are legally eligible to work in Canada for any employer.
Compensation & Benefits Package:
This position comes with a base salary range of $51,000 - $70,000 plus a competitive performance bonus, RRSP contribution and participation in our profit-sharing program. Base salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
