Level Up Your Sales Career
Forget "just another sales job." This is your entry point into an exciting industry with a company that actually invests in you. As an Inside Sales Representative, you aren't just hitting targets, you’re joined at the hip with a team of experts, learning the ropes of the equipment world, and building the foundation for a lucrative career in Sales or Leadership.
At Williams Machinery, we don’t expect you to know everything on Day 1. We provide the "Sales University" training, the mentorship, and the gear to help you win.
Why You’ll Love It Here

  • The Williams Edge: Work with global brands like Bobcat, JCB and Linde. We’re a "Canada’s Best Managed Company" for a reason—we treat our people like pros.
  • Built-In Mentorship: You’ll shadow top tier Outside Sales Reps and get hands-on with the equipment. You’re not just selling machines; you’re learning how to operate them.
  • Career Pathing: This isn't a dead-end role. We hire for the long term, with clear routes into Account Management and senior sales roles.
  • The Perks: Competitive pay, RRSP matching, health/lifestyle spending accounts, and a stable M-F schedule so you actually have a weekend.

A Day in the Life
You’ll be the "engine room" of our sales process, handling inbound heat and keeping the pipeline moving.
  • Own the Lead: Respond to website, marketplace, and customer inquiries—these customers are looking for us.
  • Prospect high value customers with marketing support and curated customer lists.
  • Master the Tech: Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 to track opportunities and manage customer relationships like a pro.
  • Consultative Selling: Qualify customer needs and recommend the right equipment solutions for their business.
  • Collaborate: Work across Parts, Service, and Rentals to find every opportunity to help our customers succeed.

What You Bring
We value GRIT, curiosity and a willingness to learn over years of specific industry experience.
  • High Energy: You’re motivated, organized, and love the "win" of closing a deal or solving a problem.
  • Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable with CRM systems and social media platforms.
  • Communication: You can talk shop with a site foreman or present a quote to a business owner with confidence.
  • The Basics: 1–3 years in sales or customer service is a plus. A valid driver’s license is required.
Ready to build something? Apply today and let’s talk about your future.
