General Description:

The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in supporting customers and driving sales growth within the organization. This position involves handling inbound inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, and proactively reaching out to existing and potential clients to promote products or services. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a customer-first mindset, capable of building relationships, resolving issues efficiently, and identifying sales opportunities.

As an Inside Sales Representative with us, the minimum responsibilities are:

  • In office 5 days a week 8-5 working with sales team

  • Source and develop new business opportunities while also managing, strengthening, and retaining existing client relationships to drive long-term growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Enter intelligence gathered into our ARES and Trux systems for future follow up.

  • Working with operations and administrative staff in a team environment but must be capable of working independently. 

  • Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, providing solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Work with sales team to call on all sales campaigns/promotions, new service launch and other sales related initiatives

What We Need From You:
  • Telephone sales and customer skills are a key component of the position with successful track record of maintaining existing business, prospecting and closing new business.

  • Excellent phone etiquette and demeanor.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Maintain and develop existing business best practices.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment and be prepared to develop and execute strategies

  • Ability to learn and use multiple computer systems simultaneously
