Position Overview 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst with a strong background in data analyst and entry-level experience with machine learning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to derive actionable insights and utilizing machine learning models to improve business processes. Responsibilities

  • Make sense of large datasets from various sources

  • Apply statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems

  • Develop and implement predictive models to improve decision-making processes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights

  • Create data visualizations and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders

  • Evaluate model performance and fine-tune algorithms for accuracy and efficiency

  • Stay updated with the latest machine learning techniques, tools, and technologies

  • Document processes and adhere to best practices in data management and analysis

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or relevant work experience

  • 3+ year experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong emphasis on storytelling and machine learning

  • SQL experience is required for this role

  • Proficiency in programming languages in Python or R

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Keras, etc.)

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

  • A/B Testing skills are a plus

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets

  • Experience with blending product and business data
