This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and continuously improving the technology that enables seamless, connected experiences across every channel. As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technology, you are an expert in SAP SD and will turn business requirements into solutions, acting as the liaison between the Technology and Omni teams, while playing a crucial role in requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing management of Aritzia’s Payment Systems and SAP SD. THE ROLE

As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technology, you will:

• Support with identifying and delivering innovative technology solutions that enable the business needs of our Omni team for today and tomorrow.
• Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design.
• Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient deployment of Omni technology solutions.
• Provide excellent and reliable proactive and reactive support for Omni technology solutions.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technology has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
  • Prior Systems Analyst, Architect or Developer experience with SAP ECC
  • Proven ability with SAP SD enhancement using custom fields, custom logic, customer exits, Add-Ins and/or ABAP
  • Deep hands-on experience with SAP SD, including sales order management, pricing, ATP, deliveries, billing, cancellations, returns, refunds and integration with Finance and Logistics
  • Strong understanding of retail and omnichannel processes including ecommerce fulfillment, store transactions, cancellations, returns, exchanges, partial shipments, refunds and cross-channel customer journeys; Oracle POS/Xstore experience is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of payment and fraud-processing integrations, including authorization, capture, settlement, voids, refunds, payment references, tokenization and reconciliation; Adyen and Forter experience is highly desirable
  • Supporting high-volume ecommerce integrations into SAP SD, including order creation, updates, cancellations, fulfillment status, returns and exception handling across distributed systems
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, HTTP protocols, authentication, API contracts, error handling, retries, idempotency and synchronous/asynchronous integration patterns
  • Working in Agile, sprint-based environments
  • Ability to create solution design documents and user stories that solve business problems
• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering is an asset

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $50,000 - $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
