For nearly 120 years, BSI has helped organizations around the world improve performance, manage risk, and build trust. We're looking for an analytical, data-driven professional to join our team as an Information Systems Analyst – Global Accounts.
In this highly visible role, you'll partner with business leaders across the Americas and globally to transform data into actionable insights, optimize reporting and systems, and support strategic decision-making for some of BSI's most important client accounts.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics using Power BI, Power Query, Excel, SAP, Salesforce, and other business tools.
Transform complex data into meaningful insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying, investigating, and resolving reporting and data quality issues.
Serve as a subject matter expert for key business systems, supporting users, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Finance, and Global Accounts to support reporting needs and business objectives.
Lead training and enablement efforts to maximize adoption and effective use of reporting tools and systems.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance business performance.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, systems administration, or a related field.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, with experience creating dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.
Working knowledge of SQL, DAX, SAP, Salesforce, or similar enterprise systems and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting system implementations, process improvements, or change management initiatives is a plus.

This position offers a base annual salary of $86,400 - $108,000 (local currency); actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
