Support planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns, webinars, and events across the Americas. Manage marketing assets, QA content, support email and digital activities, track campaign performance, and collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate reporting.

Deliver third-party ISO management system audits (ISO 9001/14001/45001) as team leader or member, manage assigned client portfolios, plan and conduct assessments, report findings, travel to client sites, maintain auditor qualifications, mentor colleagues, and support professional development toward Lead Assessor status.

Drive revenue by prospecting and closing new clients and growing existing accounts for ISO-related products and services. Build pipelines, deliver consultative sales presentations to decision-makers, maintain client relationships, track sales metrics, and travel quarterly to client sites.

Sell AI services and SaaS to new and existing B2B clients across industries, build pipeline, manage accounts, record CRM data, present complex proposals, and explain AI regulations and standards (e.g., 42001, 42006). Maintain client relationships and ensure timely delivery and retention.

The Associate Auditor conducts assessments for compliance with social accountability standards, prepares reports, leads assessment teams, and monitors corrective actions to improve client relationships and satisfaction.

The Bilingual IATF Auditor will manage client audits, ensure compliance, and lead assessment teams while developing auditor qualifications.
