• Energy & Sustainability – BGIS’ sustainable practices and energy-efficiency strategies reduce energy usage for our clients. We promote environmental conservation in everything we do.
• Strategic Asset Management - We maximize the efficiency and integrity of our client’s real estate assets.
• Technical Services – Our qualified teams of technicians who specialize in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Refrigeration, & Fuel/EV Equipment drive cost savings and sustainable practices.
• Real Estate Services – Our expertise in providing brokerage, lease administration, audit and property management support our client’s business strategies.
• Workplace Solutions – Our inspirational workplace solutions increase engagement, optimize space usage, and create a flexible workplace that supports out client’s people, culture and brand.
• Sustainable Cleaning Solutions – We provide unmatched cleaning quality while using the safest and most sustainable solutions in the industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. 
• Some positions may require post-secondary education in a related field, and/or specific certification.
• Some positions may require a valid driver’s license, and clean driver’s abstract.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening.
