This role focuses on triaging integration exceptions, identifying likely root causes, correcting basic timekeeping issues, and routing more complex items to the appropriate resolver group.
The role supports hourly employees by monitoring Oracle HCM-Replicon integration dashboards, reviewing HR Helpdesk tickets related to time entry, time approvals, absences, and payroll-impacting time issues, and helping ensure time data is complete and payroll-ready before processing.

  • Route complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate resolver group, such as Payroll, HR, Operations, supervisors, BTS Replicon support, or the HRIS functional owner.
  • Track issue status, document actions taken, and follow up with resolver groups to support timely resolution before payroll processing deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly with employees, supervisors, timekeepers, Payroll, HR, Operations, and BTS support to gather information and provide issue updates.
  • Maintain issue logs, recurring error summaries, and support documentation to help identify trends, improve processes, and support audit requirements.
  • Support testing and validation activities for integration fixes, dashboard updates, timekeeping changes, and process improvements.

What you’ll bring

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline
  • 1-2 years of experience supporting Time & Labor, HRIS, workforce systems, timekeeping, employee services, or HR Helpdesk processes
  • Experience with Replicon, Oracle HCM or similar timekeeping applications
  • Strong understanding of timekeeping practices for hourly/Trades workforce and overtime rules
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to investigate issues using dashboards, reports, ticket notes, and system records.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, likely root causes, and appropriate escalation paths.
  • Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain timekeeping issues to non-technical users.
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to follow documented procedures and recognize when an issue needs escalation.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to track multiple open issues and follow up before payroll deadlines.
