Lead the shipyard subcontracting function: develop outsourcing strategy, negotiate complex subcontracts, manage subcontract portfolio financials, lead and develop a team, ensure compliance, drive supplier development and continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program delivery.

Serve as functional analyst for Oracle EPM (FCCS/EPBCS) and Oracle Financials: maintain functional specs, support month-/year-end processes, administer security, execute testing and integrations, triage sustainment tickets, run requirements/gap analysis, and partner with finance and consultants to improve processes and controls.

Role supports apprenticeship schooling toward Red Seal certification.

Lead and develop a data engineering and integrations team to design, build, and operate a secure, scalable Azure cloud data platform. Own architecture, CI/CD, pipelines, data products, governance, and stakeholder delivery while managing risks, priorities, and performance metrics.

Oversee reliability, maintenance, and optimization of welding, cutting, lifting, and production equipment. Lead RCM/PM programs, perform RCA/FMEA, manage maintenance projects and subcontractors, implement asset management, train staff, audit processes, collaborate with engineering, HSE, and cybersecurity teams, schedule trades, and report on equipment performance to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
