About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a Global Integrated Campaign Manager to take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing the global marketing campaign for our Exposure Management product. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives on managing impactful campaigns and collaborating across teams to drive measurable business outcomes. You will work with industry-leading teams, contribute to strategic initiatives, and have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on CrowdStrike's marketing success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Global Campaign Planning and Execution

    • Own the planning, development, and execution of global integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, deadlines, and regional requirements.

    • Drive coordination of campaign components across digital, email, social media, and field marketing to ensure consistent messaging and impactful execution.

    • Data-driven marketing strategies tailored to scaling a high-growth product in a mature market, with a focus on differentiation, competitive positioning, and market penetration.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Serve as a central point of contact, working closely with Product Marketing, Regional Campaign Teams, Field Marketing, Growth & Digital Marketing, Brand, and other cross-functional teams to align on objectives and campaign deliverables.

    • Act as a key contributor to ensure campaigns align with company goals and regional market needs.

  • Content Management and Deployment

    • Manage the end-to-end creation of bill of materials needed for creation and deployment of campaign assets, such as email sequences, webinars, ebooks, analyst reports, and more.

    • Maintain a central content calendar, ensuring alignment with global and regional campaign milestones.

  • Campaign Performance Monitoring and Optimization

    • Work with regional Pod teams to understand campaign channel performance across Tableau, 6sense, Marketo.  

    • Partner with Digital and Pod leads to run strategic testing initiatives to improve engagement and conversion rates across channels.

  • Sales Alignment

    • Own central marketing initiatives that support the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, including creating and maintaining email sequences, call scripts, and other enablement materials.

    • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment and provide tools to drive pipeline generation and conversions.

What You’ll Need:

  • 4-6 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or related fields, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity industry.

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel campaigns with strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.

  • Familiarity with the following tools is strongly preferred:

    • Marketing Automation: Marketo or similar platform

    • Project Management tooling

    • CRM Systems: Salesforce or equivalent

    • Analytics Tools: 6sense, Tableau, or similar platforms

  • An interest in or experience with cybersecurity, exposure management, or technology marketing

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $100,000 - $170,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
