About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a visionary and dynamic VP of Partner Marketing to lead and shape its go-to-market strategy through our extensive network of channel partners. This leader will be part of the marketing leadership team and will be instrumental in elevating our partner marketing efforts and driving our business and ecosystem to new heights. What You’ll Do:

  • Build comprehensive partner marketing strategy that drives pipeline growth and revenue outcomes through key partners – VARs, GSIs, MSPs, Tech Alliances etc.

  • Own overall execution of strategic partner events, programs and campaigns focused on supporting growth of channel partners.

  • Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing partner marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

  • Partner Communication: Enhance ongoing communication to partners through newsletters, social media, webinars, events and other channels, keeping them informed and engaged with CrowdStrike’s partner value proposition, vision and offerings

  • Bespoke Alliance Partner Marketing Plans: Work with our top strategic partners to build and execute marketing plans tailored to their GTM and our joint value proposition

  • MDF Management: Own and drive the strategy, planning, and execution of partner marketing development funds (MDF), ensuring effective use of resources to maximize impact and ROI

  • Partner-led Demand Generation: Build in-a-box demand generation programs that enable regional partner marketing and sales teams to execute at scale

  • Partner Evangelism: Act as the voice of our partners both internally and externally, championing our Partner vision, mission, and purpose across the organization and in the market

  • Track, analyze and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing programs, adjusting strategies to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with revenue goals

  • Work closely with CrowdStrike’s growth marketing, field marketing and other cross-functional partner teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to partner marketing

  • Cultivate a culture of continuous testing and optimization to improve performance and ROI

  • Manage, mentor, and expand the global partner marketing team to nurture talent and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in SaaS/software marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior management role focusing on channel, partner and ecosystem marketing.

  • A bias for action with a willingness to challenge the status quo and drive change.

  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to listen, respond, and empathize with partners and customers.

  • Maniacal focus on – growth, new logos, pipeline and revenue

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and inspire a team towards achieving excellence.

  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for creating compelling content and communications

  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving aptitude.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $320,000 - $370,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
