We're hiring for a role that combines GIS expertise, quality assurance, and field data analytics across BC, AB, and ON.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Reporting to our Manager, Operations, you will bridge field operations with data analytics to ensure quality and compliance in telecommunications infrastructure projects. Working closely with Project Managers, field teams, GIS specialists, and engineering partners, your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining QA/QC processes
- Analyzing field data using ESRI tools, SQL queries, and GIS platforms to assess coverage quality, identify data gaps, and ensure design compliance
- Performing systematic audits of field data collection, and creating actionable reports that drive program improvement
- Developing automated quality checks and data extraction scripts to systematically identify missing captures, quality issues, and areas requiring process changes
- Conducting occasional site visits to understand field operations firsthand and translate observations into improved quality standards and fielder training materials

What Success Looks Like
Within your first 12–18 months, you'll be:
- Establishing and maintaining robust QA/QC processes that ensure design compliance and data quality
- Developing automated quality checks using ESRI tools, SQL queries, and scripting to identify data gaps and quality issues
- Creating actionable audit reports that drive program improvement and highlight areas requiring process changes
- Building deep understanding of field operations and translating observations into improved quality standards
- Analyzing field data to assess coverage quality, compare walking paths against scope, and extract meaningful insights

What We're Looking For

- GIS & Data Analysis Expertise: Strong proficiency with ESRI tools, SQL for data extraction and analysis, and experience working with GIS platforms; ability to analyze field data and assess coverage quality
- Educational Requirements: Background in GIS, Engineering, Computer Science, telecommunications, or data analysis; University/College/Technical School Graduate or equivalent combination of experience and training
- QA/QC & Process Management: Experience establishing quality standards, performing systematic audits, and implementing process improvements; ability to create and track quality metrics
- Technical Integration Skills: Ability to bridge field operations with data analytics, develop automated quality checks using scripting, and work with multiple technical domains including telecom design
- Strategic Communication: Strong ability to communicate professionally with all stakeholders, translate data insights into actionable reports, and provide hands-on training to field teams
- Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Process-oriented with quality management mindset, well-organized, and able to identify data gaps and quality issues that drive meaningful program improvements
- Field Operations Understanding: Willingness to conduct site visits to understand field operations firsthand and translate observations into improved quality standards and training materials
