Position: French Program Developer
Summary:
The French Program Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing French language courses and resources for eTalk Live tutoring French A1-B2 & exam prep programs. This role involves curriculum development, instructional design, and collaboration with educators to create engaging and effective learning experiences for students of all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and revise French language programs, including curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
- Ensure alignment with educational standards and language proficiency frameworks (e.g., CEFR).
- Collaborate with teachers, linguists, and other stakeholders to integrate innovative teaching methods and technologies.
- Conduct needs assessments to tailor the program for various learner groups, such as beginners, intermediate, and advanced speakers.
- Provide professional development and training sessions for educators and language instructors.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments and feedback, making adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with language acquisition research and trends to continually improve the program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, French Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in curriculum design and program development, specifically for language education.
- Proficiency in French and understanding of language acquisition principles.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
