The mission of the Transaction Services Department is to process transactions accurately and on time while providing high-quality services.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Transaction Services team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for providing our employees, candidates, and partners with a high-quality travel experience in a timely and cost-efficient way, while ensuring spend is in alignment with corporate standards. You will play a pivotal role in managing travel arrangements to get our people where they need to be, in adherence with travel-related policies and procedures, while balancing any associated costs, while managing corporate card expenses and executing against smart spend initiatives. THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Travel & Expense, you will lead the team to:

  • Provide a seamless, simple, and stress-free travel experience from start to finish by managing travel bookings with internal customers & external partners.

  • Ensure Aritzia has a best-in-class travel vendor base that delivers a high-quality travel experience.

  • Effectively manage corporate card and out of pocket business expenses. 

  • Ensure smart spending on travel in alignment with Aritzia standards and policies.

  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager/Manager, Travel & Expense, has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in travel management and accounts payable management

  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles

  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 – 150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
