Business Manager (Automotive)

Location: Lower Mainland, BC
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

About Us

We are a growing New and Used Automotive Group in the Lower Mainland seeking a motivated and professional Business Manager to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working in the automotive industry who is looking to advance into the Business Office (F&I) and build a long-term career within a progressive dealer group.

Position Overview

The Business Manager works closely with customers and the sales team to arrange financing, present protection products, and ensure compliance while delivering a professional and efficient experience.

Training and mentorship will be provided for the right candidate transitioning into the Business Office.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange vehicle financing and leasing options
  • Present and sell extended warranties and protection products
  • Ensure all transactions comply with provincial regulations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and lender relationships
  • Work closely with the sales team to maximize deal structure and profitability
  • Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the finance process

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the automotive industry (required)
  • Automotive sales or business office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
