About the role

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'Experts en Sinistre Automobile particulier avec examens de l’AMF réussis ou en vue d’être réussis.

Lieux de travail : Montréal (2020, Boulevard Robert-Bourassa), Laval (600 rue Lucien-Paiement), Québec (5700 Boulevard des Galeries), Saint-Hyacinthe (2450 Rue Girouard Ouest). 

Horaire de travail : 9h00 à 17h00, du lundi au vendredi (35 heures/semaine)

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

  • Ouvrir les nouvelles réclamations au téléphone avec les clients, puis assurer une prise en charge immédiate de la situation.
  • Recueillir les versions des faits des assurés et/ou témoins en les interrogeant sur les événements.
  • Déterminer si le sinistre est couvert ou non en faisant l'analyse des garanties requises pour couvrir le sinistre.
  • Analyser les renseignements obtenus, prendre les décisions qui serviront à établir la responsabilité et réviser l'évaluation des dommages. 
  • Procéder au règlement du sinistre de façon juste et équitable, valider les dommages et compléter les paiements.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

  • Permis d’expert en sinistre et réussite des examens.
  • Expérience pertinente au poste.
  • Solides compétences en gestion du temps.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et verbale.

Profil recherché

  • Votre excellent service à la clientèle vous permettra de rassurer et d’accompagner votre assuré avec empathie tout au long de la réclamation;
  • Votre sens de l’analyse vous permettra d’utiliser votre logique et votre jugement dans l’évaluation de vos dossiers de réclamation ; 
  • Naviguer à travers différents systèmes informatiques pour accomplir vos tâches ne vous fait pas peur;
  • Capacité à s’adapter au changement dans un environnement de travail en constante évolution;
  • Nécessité de traiter des dossiers de réclamations d’une clientèle anglophone sur une base régulière.

Vous avez de l’expérience, votre permis d’Expert en sinistre particulier et vos examens sont réussis, c’est simple nous voulons te rencontrer!
