About the Role
The Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional, seamless experience for our courses and events. Instructors, speakers, and learners will be in contact with you on a daily basis - your role is to support them throughout this process and ensure their experience is exceptional throughout their entire journey.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Experience Lead to execute the best experience for BrainStation programs and events
- Coordinate logistics with campus operations and marketing teams for both in-person and online experiences
- Identify opportunities to improve the learner experience and program delivery process with a continuous improvement mindset
- Track and report data and feedback to measure program and event success
- Conduct learner onboarding and course preparation to ensure a smooth handoff to Instructors for course delivery
- Collaborate in creating programs and strategies that build the BrainStation community, for both industry experts and learners
- Resource event panelists for BrainStation events and programming, building connections with industry experts
- Participate in the tech community and build the BrainStation brand beyond the campus
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1 - 3 years experience in a customer or client facing role
- A proven passion for all things tech and digital
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking experience
- A dedication to providing the best customer service
- Willingness to help out where needed in all facets of the organization
- Demonstrable knowledge of pathways leading to specific career outcomes in a broad spectrum of areas within the technology industry is a strong asset

The estimated compensation for this position is $50,000 to $55,000. This is an estimate and a compensation offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities and alignment with market data.
