Role description:

Arcadis is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator to support the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of a range of projects. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining project documentation, registers, meeting materials, dashboards, and routine status reports. Drawing on information from team members, you will monitor schedule and budget updates, identify emerging risks or issues, and escalate variances, dependencies, and changes to the appropriate project lead.

As part of the project team, you will coordinate meetings and communications with internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. You will develop agendas, record decisions and actions, support the exchange of accurate information, and help resolve routine coordination matters while maintaining professional and responsive working relationships.

The position also involves promoting compliance with Arcadis project management, quality, health and safety, information management, and commercial procedures. You will assist with reviews, audits, document control, and close-out activities, contribute to lessons learned, and identify practical opportunities to improve project coordination and delivery.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, and presentations
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; project management or document control systems are an asset
  • Knowledge of scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, change, and document controls
